Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the LebenKraft website, applications, and services (together, the “Service”), operated by LebenKraft (“LebenKraft,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to accept these Terms on its behalf.

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.

LebenKraft is an AI-assisted strength-training coach. Its training decisions — your program, load progression, and recovery guidance — are produced by deterministic software engines based on the information you provide and the workouts you log. The AI coach feature explains those decisions and answers training questions in plain language; it does not independently set your program.

The Service provides general fitness information and coaching. It is not a substitute for professional advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

LebenKraft does not provide medical, physical-therapy, or clinical-nutrition advice. The Service, including any AI-generated content, is for general informational and educational purposes only and is not a substitute for the advice of a qualified physician or other health professional.

Consult a physician before beginning any exercise program, especially if you are pregnant, have an injury, or have a medical condition. Stop exercising and seek medical attention if you experience pain, dizziness, or discomfort. Strength training carries an inherent risk of injury, and you assume that risk when you use the Service.

You are responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your login credentials secure. Provide accurate information and keep it current. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

LebenKraft offers a free tier and a paid subscription (“Pro”). Pro is billed at $12.99 per month or $129.90 per year, in each case as shown at checkout and subject to applicable taxes. Prices may change; we will give you notice before a change affects you.

Free trial. Pro may be offered with a 14-day free trial. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your subscription automatically converts to a paid subscription and your payment method is charged.

Auto-renewal. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled. You authorize us and our payment processor to charge your payment method on each renewal.

Cancellation. You can cancel anytime from your account’s billing settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you keep Pro access until then.

Refunds. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable and we do not provide refunds or credits for partial periods.

Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your full card number. Your use of payment features is also subject to Stripe’s terms.

You agree not to:

• use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms;
• attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service;
• scrape, resell, or exploit the Service or its content, or use it to build a competing product;
• upload malicious code or misuse the AI features to generate harmful content.

The Service, including its software, design, and content (excluding your data), is owned by LebenKraft and protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for your personal use.

Your data stays yours. You retain ownership of the information you provide and the workouts you log. You grant us a license to store and process that data solely to operate and improve the Service for you, as described in our Privacy Policy.

The Service relies on third-party providers (for example, hosting, database, payment, and AI providers). We are not responsible for third-party services, and your use of them may be subject to their own terms.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will produce any particular fitness result. Results depend on many factors within your control.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LebenKraft and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim or USD $100. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless LebenKraft and its operators from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the Service. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (such as intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability) will survive.

We may modify the Service or these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date and, where appropriate, notify you. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of [governing jurisdiction — to be completed], without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts located there, unless applicable law provides otherwise.
